(1)
Rules 11.4 (witness statements) and 11.5 (expert reports) apply, so far as applicable, to evidence under this Part.
(2)
Where evidence is to be given under this Part on behalf of a body, any witness statement setting out that evidence must state the extent to which the witness is speaking on behalf of the body or is acting as an expert.
