Rule 14.5 DeterminationI1

Where an order has been made under rule 14.1 and has not been revoked, the chancellor may proceed to determine the proceedings upon consideration of all relevant material before the court, including any written representations submitted to the court in accordance with directions given under rule 14.2.

The chancellor’s determination is to have the same effect for all purposes as if it had been made after an oral hearing.
