Article 11 Notification and marking out of areasI1

The Authority must, in such manner as the Secretary of State directs, mark out or otherwise make known to those carrying out fishing activities the limits of the fishery area.

The Authority must ensure that any person it has authorised to carry out fisheries management and development activities in any part of the fishery area marks out or otherwise makes known the limits of that part of the fishery area.

The Authority must take reasonable steps to ensure that the limits of the fishery area, and any part of the fishery area where it has authorised fisheries management and development activities, are made known to those carrying out fishing activities.
