In rule 33.1—

(a)

in paragraph (1), for “a county court” substitute “the family court”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2)—

(i)

for “Part 50” substitute “Parts 50, 83 and 84”;

(ii)

omit the words in brackets; and

(iii)

for “a county court” substitute “the family court”.
