“Application under Article 30 of the Maintenance Regulation for a declaration of enforceability

34.29A.

An application under Article 30 of the Maintenance Regulation for a declaration of enforceability of a maintenance decision will be determined by the justices’ clerk for the local justice area in which the court is situated.”.
