Rule 27 Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

In rule 34.30, for paragraph (2)(c), substitute—

“(c)

an application under Article 26 of the Maintenance Regulation for a declaration of enforceability of a maintenance order made in a Regulation State other than the United Kingdom; or”.
