The Family Procedure Rule Committee makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 75 and 76(8) of the Courts Act 2003^f1, section 1(10) of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973^f2 and section 44(6) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004^f3, having fulfilled the requirements of section 79(1) of the Courts Act 2003:
