Rule 11.2 Applications
An application for a F1... protection order may be made without notice.
Where an application is made without notice, it must be supported by a F2witness statement explaining why notice has not been given.
An application for a F3... protection order made by an organisation must state—
the name and address of the person submitting the application; and
the position which that person holds in the organisation.
