Rule 31.5 Documents – supplementary

(1)

F1Where the person making an application under this Part does not produce the documents required by rule 31.4(2)(b) the court may —

(a)

fix a time within which the documents are to be produced;

(b)

accept equivalent documents; or

(c)

dispense with production of the documents if the court considers it has sufficient information.
