Rule 33.1 Application

(1)

The rules in this Part apply to an application made in the High Court and F1the family court to enforce an order made in family proceedings.

F2Parts 50, 83 and 84 of, and Schedules 1 and 2 to, the CPR apply, as far as they are relevant and with necessary modification F3..., to an application made in the High Court and F4the family court to enforce an order made in family proceedings.
