Rule 3A.3 Court’s duty to consider vulnerability of other parties or witnessesF1F2

When considering the vulnerability of a party or witness as mentioned in rule 3A.4 or 3A.5, the court must have regard in particular to the matters set out in paragraphs (a) to (j) and (m) of rule 3A.7.
