This Part contains rules which provide for a creditor to enforce a judgment or order by obtaining—
(a)
a charging order (Chapter 2);
(b)
a stop order (Chapter 3); or
(c)
a stop notice (Chapter 4),
over or against the debtor’s interest in an asset.
