Rule 7.14 Case management hearingF1
Where a respondent—
(a)
files an answer under rule 7.7(5);
(b)
obtains permission to file an application under 7.12(1)(a)(ii); or
(c)
files an application for a matrimonial or civil partnership order under rule 7.12(1)(b) or 7.24,
the case must be listed for a case management hearing within 6 weeks of the date on which the answer is filed, or permission is granted, or the application is filed under rule 7.12(1)(b) or 7.24.
