Rule 7.22 Applications under section 10(2) of 1973 Act or section 48(2) of 2004 ActF1
Where the court makes—
(a)
in the case of divorce, a final order following an application under section 10(2) of the 1973 Act; or
(b)
in the case of dissolution, a final order following an application under section 48(2) of the 2004 Act,
it must make a written record of the reasons for deciding to make that final order.
