Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No.2) Rules 2006 and shall come into force on 21st August 2006.

In these Rules, a reference to a rule by number alone is a reference to the rule so numbered in the Family Proceedings Rules 1991f1 (“the 1991 Rules”).
