In rule 2.61A—

(a)

in paragraph (2), for “divorce county court” substitute “designated county court,”; and

(b)

in paragraph (3), after “the Act of 1973” insert “or under paragraphs 15, 25 or 26 of Schedule 5 to the Act of 2004”.
