Rule 50 Amendments to the 1991 Rules

after “the Act of 1973” insert “, or Parts 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule 5 to the Act of 2004,”;

in sub-paragraph (a), after “marriage” insert “or civil partnership, as the case may be”;

for sub-paragraph (d) substitute—

“(d)

whether either party has subsequently married or formed a civil partnership or has any present intention to do so or to cohabit with another person;”; and

in sub-paragraph (dd), after “the Act of 1973” insert “or under paragraphs 15, 25 or 26 of Schedule 5 to the Act of 2004”.
