Section 6 Variation of the principal Scheme

In paragraph 7(2) (closing dates for claims and incurring certain expenditure), in sub-paragraph (c), for the date “16th November 1994” there shall be substituted the date “16th November 1995”.

In paragraph 7(3), in sub-paragraph (b), for the date “17th November 1993” there shall be substituted the date “17th November 1994”.
