Section 7 Variation of the principal Scheme

In Schedule 1 (“ELIGIBLE WORKS, FACILITIES AND TRANSACTIONS AND RATES OF GRANT”)—

(a)

in each of paragraphs 1(a) and (d)(i), 2, 3 and 4, in column 2, for the figure “40” there shall be substituted the figure “25”, and in column 3, for the figure “50” there shall be substituted the figure “30”;

(b)

in paragraph 1(b)—

(i)

in column 1, the words “(except those specified in sub-paragraph (c) below)” shall be deleted; and

(ii)

in columns 2 and 3, for the figure “50” there shall be substituted the figure “25”;

(c)

paragraph 1(c) shall be deleted;

(d)

in paragraph 1(d)(ii), in column 3, for the figure “50” there shall be substituted the figure “30”;

(e)

in paragraph 5, in column 2, for the figure “35” there shall be substituted the figure “20”, and in column 3, for the figure “35” there shall be substituted the figure “25”;

(f)

after the entries numbered 9, there shall be inserted the following entries in columns 1, 2 and 3—

(g)
