Section 1 Title, commencement and interpretation

This Scheme may be cited as the Farm Diversification Grant (Variation) Scheme 1991 and shall come into force on 16th January 1991.

In this Scheme—

• “the principal Scheme” means the Farm Diversification Grant Scheme 1987^f1;

• “the appropriate Minister” has the meaning provided by paragraph 2(1) of the principal Scheme.
