These Regulations are made with the approval of the Department of Financef3 under sections 5 and 6 of the Agriculture Act (Northern Ireland) 1949.

These Regulations may be cited as the Farming for the Generations Scheme (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024 and shall come into operation on 6th March 2024.
2Amendment to the Farming for the Generations Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024I1
The Farming for the Generations Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024f1 are amended as follows.
Omit regulation 9.
In regulation 11, omit paragraph (1)(c).
