Section 10 Certificate of registration etc.
England, Wales and Scotland
(1)
The registrar shall issue—
(a)
to a person registered in Part I or Part II of the register a certificate of registration in the prescribed form;
(b)
to a person registered in Part III F1or Part 4 of the register an acknowledgement of such registration in the prescribed form.
(2)
The Council shall make rules as to the surrender of certificates and acknowledgements issued under subsection (1) of this section.
