Article 4 Amendment to article 5 (accreditation of eligible installations)

Article 5 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1B)—

(a)

at the end of sub-paragraph (a), omit “or”;

(b)

at the end of sub-paragraph (b), insert “; or”;

(c)

after sub-paragraph (b), insert—

“(c)
to which article 7B applies.”.

In paragraph (2)(a), after “article 7”, insert “, 7A(1)”.

(4)

In paragraph (6), after “next tariff period”, insert “, if any,”.
