Article 13 Tariff codes
The Authority must assign a tariff code to each accredited FIT installation in accordance with—
(a)
the eligible low-carbon energy source used by, and capacity of, the accredited FIT installation;
(b)
the period in which the tariff date for the accredited FIT installation falls; and
(c)
such other information as may be relevant,
so that the tariff code enables identification of the FIT payment rates which apply to the installation.
