These Regulations further amend the Feeding Stuffs Regulations 1991 (“the principal Regulations”) and implement the following Community legislation:

1.

Commission Directive 93/26/EEC (OJ No. L179, 22.7.93, p.2) amending the Annex to Council Directive 82/471/EEC concerning certain products used in animal nutrition (regulation 3(2)(b), (c) and (d));

2.

Commission Directive 93/27/EEC (OJ No. L179, 22.7.93, p.5) amending the Annexes to Council Directive 70/524/EEC concerning additives in feeding stuffs (regulation 3(1)(a)(i) and (b));

3.

Commission Directive 93/55/EEC (OJ No. L206, 18.8.93, p.11) amending Annex I to Council Directive 70/524/EEC (regulation 3(1)(a)(ii));

4.

Commission Directive 93/56/EEC (OJ No. L206, 18.8.93, p.13) amending the Annex to Council Directive 82/471/EEC (regulation 3(2)(a) . . . and (d)).

Regulation 3(1) amends Schedule 4 to the principal Regulations, which relates to permitted additives in feeding stuffs. Regulation 3(2) amends Schedule 7 to those Regulations, which relates to certain products used in animal nutrition.
