The particulars specified in paragraph 7(a)(ii), (b)(ii), and (c)(ii) to (vii) above shall not be required in the case of any feed material which is a by-product of vegetable or animal origin derived from agro-industrial processing, and which has a moisture content greater than 50percnt;.

For the purposes of this paragraph, “agro-industrial processing” shall have the same meaning as in the Feed Materials Directive.
