Section 22 Jurisdiction of sheriff court.

Subject to the provisions of the M1Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Acts, 1907 M2 and 1913, any proceedings for the recovery or redemption of casualties or for the fixing or recovery of compensation therefor may be raised either in the Court of Session or in the sheriff court.
