The only provisions of this Act reproduced in Statutes in Force were ss. 42, 44(1)(7)(8); other unrepealed or partly repealed provisions are ss. 39, 40, 44(2)(4). Ss. 1-38, 41, 43, 44(3)(5)(6)(9), Schs. 1-7 are repealed; see Chronological Table of the Statutes which gives authority for these repeals.
