Paragraph 3
The following repeals have effect for 1977–78 and subsequent years—
(a)
the repeal in section 35(2) of the Taxes Management Act 1970;
(b)
the repeal of sections 195 to 199 of the Taxes Act (except the repeals mentioned in paragraph 4(a) and (b) of Schedule 9 to this Act); and
(c)
the repeal of sections 201 to 203 of the Taxes Act.
