In paragraph 11 (interpretation) sub-paragraph (1) shall be omitted.
(2)
In sub-paragraph (2) of that paragraph the words from “to an election” to “and any reference” shall be omitted.
(3)
In sub-paragraph (4) of that paragraph for the words “section 134(2)(a) of this Act” there shall be substituted “section 109(3)(a) of the Finance Act 1986”.
