Where regulations make provision under any of F1the relevant paragraphs, they may provide that for the purposes of section 136(11) of this Act amounts X and Y shall be found without regard to matters which are prescribed and would otherwise have had to be taken into account under the regulations F2; and the relevant paragraphs are paragraphs 2, 3, 4 and 5 above..
