Section 14 Increase in general rate.

In Schedule 1 to the M1Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 (annual rates of duty), in paragraph 1(2) (the general rate), for “£135” there shall be substituted “ £140 ”.
(2)
Subsection (1) above applies in relation to licences taken out after 28th November 1995.
