Paragraph 8

Notwithstanding anything in subsection (1) of section 163 of the M1Capital Allowances Act 1990 (continuity of the law), subsection (2) of that section (under which references in that Act to provisions of that Act include references to repealed enactments) applies for construing that Act as amended by this Schedule as it applies for construing the provisions of that Act as originally enacted.
