Section 1 Rate of duty on beer.

In section 36(1) of the M1Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979 (rate of duty on beer), for “£11.50" substitute “ £11.89 ”.

This section shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st April 2000.
