In section 56 of ICTA (transactions in deposits and debts), omit subsection (4) (which relates to section 76(2) computations and is spent).

(2)

In consequence of sub-paragraph (1), in section 164 of FA 1996, omit subsection (4) (which amends section 56(4) of ICTA).
