Paragraph 21
(1)
An order under Part 2 or 3 of this Schedule is to be made by statutory instrument.
(2)
It may include transitional and saving provisions.
(3)
A statutory instrument containing an order under Part 2 or 3 of this Schedule is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the House of Commons.
