(a)

in sub-paragraph (a) for “controlled foreign company” substitute “ CFC (within the meaning of Part 9A of the Taxation (International and Other Provisions) Act 2010) ”, and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b) for “controlled foreign company” substitute “ CFC ”.
