In Part 10 of Schedule 2 (approval of plans) paragraph 84 (disqualifying events) is amended as follows.

In sub-paragraph (3)—
(a)
after paragraph (b) insert “ or ”, and
(b)
omit paragraph (c) and the “or” after it.
(3)
In sub-paragraph (4)(b) for “provision for forfeiture” substitute “ restriction ”.
