(1)
The Treasury may by regulations amend this Schedule (apart from this paragraph).
(2)
Regulations under sub-paragraph (1) may include—
(a)
any amendment of this Part that is appropriate in consequence of an amendment by virtue of sub-paragraph (1);
(b)
transitional provision.
(3)
Regulations under sub-paragraph (1) are to be made by statutory instrument.
(4)
A statutory instrument containing regulations under sub-paragraph (1) is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the House of Commons.
