Paragraph 9 I1

In paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to FA 1994 (decisions under CEMA 1979 subject to review and appeal), after sub-paragraph (3) insert—

“(3A)

Any decision which is made under or for the purposes of any regulations under section 60A of the Management Act (power to make regulations about stores) and is a decision about granting or withdrawing authorisation for goods to be shipped or carried as stores without payment of duty or on drawback.”
