Paragraph 6 Insurance companies may be included in group UK REIT

Section 606 (meaning of group) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2), omit paragraphs (b) and (c) (but not the “or” at the end of paragraph (c)).

In subsection (5), omit the definitions of “insurance company” and “insurance subsidiary”.
