Paragraph 120 Amendments of the Registered Pension Schemes (Provision of Information) Regulations 2006

Regulation 16 (pensions and annuities in payment: information provided to and by insurance companies) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (2), for “total percentage of standard lifetime allowance” substitute “total amount of the member’s lump sum allowance, and the total amount of the member’s lump sum and death benefit allowance,”.

In paragraph (3), for “percentage of the standard lifetime allowance” substitute “total amount of the member’s lump sum allowance, and the total amount of the member’s lump sum and death benefit allowance,”.

In paragraph (4)(a), for “benefit crystallisation event” substitute “relevant benefit crystallisation event”.
