Section 21 Economic crime (anti-money laundering) levy

In section 54(2)(c) of FA 2022 (amount of charge in case of persons whose UK revenue is very large), for “£250,000” substitute “£500,000”.

The amendment made by this section has effect for the financial year beginning with April 2024 and subsequent financial years.
