Article 2 Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

In section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990^f1 (purposes for which financial assistance may be given), after paragraph (uu)^f2 there shall be added—

“(vv)

the scheme known as the Bio-energy Infrastructure Scheme.”.
