Regulation 8 Amendment of the Banking Act 2009
In section 244 (Immunity) of the Banking Act 2009 M1, in subsection (2)(c), after “Markets Act 2000” insert “ , of its functions under or as a result of regulations made under section 8 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ”.
