Part 1 of Schedule 19 to the Equality Act 2010 (public authorities: general)f1 is amended as follows.

Under the heading “Industry, business, finance etc”, after the “Financial Conduct Authority”, insert—

  • “The Financial Reporting Council Limitedf2.”.
