Paragraph 4
United Kingdom
This paragraph applies in relation to an offer where the condition specified in one relevant paragraph is satisfied in relation to part, but not the whole, of the offer and, in relation to each other part of the offer, the condition specified in a different relevant paragraph is satisfied.
For the purposes of this paragraph, “relevant paragraph" means any of F1paragraphs (a) to (f), (j) to (p) and (s) of paragraph 3(1) above.
