In Schedule 4 to the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986—
in paragraph 45 for the words “recognised stock exchange" there shall be substituted the words “recognised investment exchange other than an overseas investment exchange within the meaning of the Financial Services Act 1986"
in paragraph 83 for the words from “on a recognised stock exchange" onwards there shall be substituted the words “on a recognised investment exchange other than an overseas investment exchange within the meaning of the Financial Services Act 1986 or on any stock exchange of repute outside Northern Ireland".
