Article 4 Disciplinary powers in respect of sponsors
Section 88A(2)(a) to (c) and (7)f1 (disciplinary powers: contravention of section 88(3)(c) or (e)) do not apply in respect of a contravention of rules made by the Authority under section 88(3)(c)f2 (sponsors) which occurred (and ceased to occur) before the commencement date.
