Article 421 Assets of Serbia and Montenegro: definition of “investments”I1

In paragraph 4 of article 10 of the Serbia and Montenegro (United Nations Sanctions) Order 1992 (assets of Serbia and Montenegro), for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

“investment” means any investment of a kind specified by any relevant order made under section 22 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 which is not a security.”.
